Back in the 80s and 90s wallpaper was a massive trend which saw nearly every single wall in peoples home covered in wallpaper. Typically, each room had a different theme and most were brightly coloured. In more recent years we have seen home interior colour schemes settle down with lots opting for neutral tones instead of brightly coloured floral print walls.

The great news is that wallpaper themes have massively grown in recent years and you can purchase thousands of different colours and styles. Even if you do want a neutral interior you can purchase neutral wallpaper that comes in wood effect or a minimalistic pattern which will give your interior that little bit extra rather than plain painted walls.

We recommend not to go overboard with wallpaper and opt for a feature wall instead of whole rooms. Wallpapering is a big task to put up in the first instance and even harder work to remove so when it comes to restyling your interior removing one feature wall will be minimal effort.
